Director of Operations

Requirements:
We are now part of the PBSJ family and we are growing – Peter R. Brown Construction is looking for a Director of Operations.
The Director of Operations directs and oversees operational policies, objectives, and initiatives. Responsible for evaluating current and proposed systems and procedures, determining, and implementing changes as necessary. Must have experience and knowledge of managing multiple CM at risk, design build, and federal projects from $3 to $50 million, pre-construction services, scheduling and cost control processes. Must have a good understanding of construction concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Leads, directs, and motivates the work of all operations professionals. Must develop and maintain client, architect, vendor, sub-contractor, and agency relationships. Requires a bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or in related field and with at least 15 years of experience in construction.

Project Manager - Federal Project Experience - TX & LA

Requirements:
Opportunity for project management position on Federal projects which requires experience in management of multiple projects, pre-construction services, scheduling and cost control. Candidates must have 5-10 years minimum experience as a project manager on Federal projects, working with the Corp of Engineers, and Construction Management projects of $10 - $25 million. Must be client and team oriented. Experience in Primavera Expedition (or similar program), Primavera SureTrak, Microsoft Office, and full client reporting is required. Superintendent with Healthcare Construction Experience

Requirements:
Opportunity for Construction Superintendent with at least 10-15 years of field supervision experience, who has well documented Hospital /Healthcare project experience ranging from $10-25 million on active hospital campuses. Requires Commercial and Institutional Construction Management contract experience. Must demonstrate healthcare superintendent experience completing five active hospital campus projects within the last seven years. Must be client oriented, multi-talented and team oriented with proven project leadership skills. If you meet the requirement of at least five years of AHCA and familiarity with the requirements of ICRA in an active hospital environment, please forward your resume, project list and three current client references to us. Having ICRA & ASHE certifications, BA degree in a related field and LEED Accreditation is a plus. Out of town travel may be required.

Superintendent - Federal Project Experience - Texas

Requirements:
Opportunity for Construction Superintendent position which requires a minimum of 10-15 years experience on Federal projects, working with the Corp of Engineers and Construction management contract project experience of $25 million. Must be client oriented, a leader, and a hands-on person. Candidate must have a history of seven years experience in field supervision and project work history documented.
