Delivery Methods

General Contracting/CM at Risk

Peter Brown does work with both general contracting and construction management methods. Regardless of which method is chosen we create a close relationship with the owner, architect and engineers.

Design-Build

The design-build approach offers the owner a single-point of contact. This process allows the construction firm and design firm to work together from the beginning of the planning process. With this team work effort, changes are minimal and the project is able to be finished in a more timely manner.
